Pricing
Every effort is made to ensure that prices displayed in our Online Shop are correct, but prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact us if you have any queries about our pricing. 

Delivery
We have a number of delivery options via Australia Post.  These are Regular Post and Express Post.  Postal charges are based on weight and are calculated on the total order.  Please visit Australia Post for specific information on their options, however delivery time between 3-5 days are common for Regular Post and 1-3 days for Express Post.  It should be noted however that delivery is out of our control.

Product Availability
Not all products are kept in stock at all times. So certain items cannot always be despatched the day they are ordered. You will be contacted regarding availability of the products you have ordered.

If you select a number of products and they cannot all be shipped at once, you may choose to wait until the entire order is available before shipping. Alternatively, you may choose to ship the order in multiple shipments. Additional shipping costs will apply for multiple deliveries.

Payment
After you have placed your order you will be contacted regarding payment. All major credit cards are accepted.
