We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders, either in whole or part. Once you place an order you will receive a notice of confirmation via e-mail. Your products will be sent to you after you complete an order form with your payment details included. After the e-mail confirmation is forwarded this commences the legally binding agreement between you and Aquatic Explorers and therefore will commence the terms and conditions.

 

The prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars $AUD and GST inclusive.

 

 

Please note that all internet products and identical to that of the Aquatic Explorers retail store and all online prices can be matched by the retail store. This includes all monthly promotions and any specials offered online.

 

 

A product can be returned within 10 days of the purchase date only under the following conditions:

Please visit our store where an exchange or refund can be processed immediately, otherwise returns are to be sent via normal Australia post unless otherwise specified to Aquatic Explorers, 40 The Kingsway, Cronulla, NSW, 2230

 

Where possible, Aquatic Explorers will ensure its utmost to help customers with exchanges and returns of goods in accordance with the Trades Practises Act.

 

Refunds may only be  only given for products purchased online.

 

 

Aquatic Explorers offers 2 types of delivery methods. Standard Delivery or Express Delivery, both services offered by Australia Post.

 

Australia Post delivery takes between 2-6 working days anywhere in Australia and Express Post is guaranteed next day delivery.  It should be noted however that we cannot guarantee the you will receive your purchase within the timeframe offered by Australia Post due to circumstances outside our control.

 

 

On the condition that the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail. During this time you can either cancel your order or place the order on back order.

 

 

Orders must be cancelled before 2pm on the next working day on confirmation of the order. No cost will be incurred.
